Things to see
at Stanwick Lakes... Carvings to look out for at Stanwick Lakes include the Celtic imagery around the entrance to the replica Iron Age roundhouse; a roof column in the Heritage Barn, featuring the Oak and Holly kings from Pagan mytholgy carved on opposite faces; the Green Man carving created for BBC Countryfile in 2021...  ... and fun animal sculptures on the children's play area and elesewhere. More carvings are planned for the future, so keep watching out... |
